Can Cell Phone Use Lead To More Accidents
When cell phones were just meant to talk into in places where your normal phone couldn’t reach, like your car, parking lot, stores, etc., they weren’t thought of as being dangerous. The updating of Internet technology with cell phone technology has created a hybrid of unthinkable danger. Imagine a person driving at 60 miles per hour while conducting a video conference using his cell phone. If that seem impossible, it isn’t impossible, it is real. There are features on cell phones that can have drivers texting people and watching a video movie. The whole story can be found at http://jesusmylordandsavior.wordpress.com/2011/04/12/driving-texting-or-talking-on-your-cell-phone-you-almost-caused-an-accident-with-me-as-the-victim/ Can you type and drive at the same time? Driving and talking was thought to be dangerous and did cause many accidents that have not all been reported. Texting and driving is causing more and more accidents and the cause is obvious to anyone except for the manufactures of new iPhones whose main objective is reaching a market of more and more users who value the status of iPhone use even more important than considering their own safety. Those accidents caused by users of multi-function cell phones were all preventable. Users were too caught up in the societal craze of contacting and impressing friends with our gadgets than seriously considering survival.
